The Lewis and Clark Folkloric Dance Team works very hard in learning the steps while at the same time, having fun. We learned two dances, La Danza de los Viejitos-origin of Michoacan, Mexico and El Jarabe Tapatio-origin of Jalisco, Mexico. We represented our school during our annual Spring Carnival, Jr. Apple Blossom Parade, Local church dinners, and Adult Home Facilities. I look forward to working with our students this year, their smiles, their determination, and encouragement makes all this work worthwhile.
